Mori Jozo is a long-established Japanese brewery and food manufacturer with a history dating back to 1869 (Meiji Year 2), when it was founded by Yasuke Mori.

Later, the company used its traditional brewing expertise to expand into vinegar production and the creation of “Carp Sauce,” an essential sauce for Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The company continues to preserve these traditional techniques today.

Mori Jozo’s “Carp Okonomiyaki Sauce” contains no preservatives and no wheat flour. It is also made without any artificial sweeteners, using tomatoes, apples, onions, and other carefully selected ingredients through Mori Jozo’s original production method.
