Located in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Nagoya Coffee Shop (Nagoya Coffee-ten) is a café where you can enjoy a traditional Nagoya morning set with gluten-free rice flour toast.
Even if you avoid gluten, you can still enjoy the classic Nagoya experience of having a morning set during your visit.

The rice flour toast is available with four toppings—butter, jam, sweet red bean paste (ogura), or Ogura Toast—so you can even try one of Nagoya's signature local specialties for breakfast.

Rice flour bread can sometimes be a little dry or overly dense, but the toast here has a light, finely textured crumb that makes it easy to enjoy. Beautifully presented as part of the morning set, you might not even realize it's made with rice flour unless someone told you.

The café is also known for its freshly roasted, aromatic coffee, carefully roasted by an in-house coffee roaster, and with around 50 varieties of green coffee beans sourced from around the world, it offers the chance to enjoy coffees that are rarely found elsewhere.

**Please note: If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please check with the restaurant in advance, including the possibility of cross-contamination.
