Located just a short walk from Togoshi Ginza Shopping Street, Rice Hotcake Workshop is the takeout-only shop of Pedra Branca, the popular rice flour pancake café known for its long lines.
The story of Pedra Branca began in 2010 with the opening of a traditional Japanese house café near Togoshi Hachiman Shrine, where its thick rice flour pancakes quickly became a local favorite.
In 2021, the original café closed temporarily, and Rice Hotcake Workshop opened as a small production kitchen and takeout shop, making it easier for more people to enjoy the pancakes at home. Then, in 2023, the current Pedra Branca Togoshi Ginza café opened in Togoshi Ginza Shopping Street.
So, if the café is full and you can't get a table, you can still enjoy the same delicious pancakes by ordering takeout from Rice Hotcake Workshop.
