新潟のタレカツ丼専門店 潟食(かたしょく)のタレカツ(中)【東京・府中本町】

Located near the entrance to Passage 5 inside the Dai Tokyo Sogo Oroshiuri Center, about a 15-minute walk from Fuchuhommachi Station, Katashoku specializes in Niigata-style sauce katsudon. The cutlets are coated with rice flour and served over carefully selected rice shipped from Niigata.
**Please note: At the moment, the soy sauce used in the sauce is not gluten-free, so it may not be suitable for everyone. The shop also serves wheat-based ramen.

The cutlets are fried to order, so they're served hot and crispy.
The sweet soy-based sauce goes well with the cutlet. Rather than being thick like a traditional tonkatsu, the cutlets are thinner, and you can choose from small, medium, or large sizes.
Because the cutlets are thin, the sauce is absorbed well, making them easy to eat. They have a different texture and flavor from both traditional tonkatsu and typical sauce katsudon.

There is a food court-style seating area near the shop where you can enjoy your meal.

**Please note: If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please check with the restaurant in advance, including the possibility of cross-contamination.
