It is located about a 1-minute walk from Yachiyodai Station, inside Yachiyodai Plaza, which is directly connected via the station passageway.
The café “minmori” is on the 3rd floor of the building next to the station. At first glance, it is a hidden café where you might not notice that gluten-free desserts are available.
In addition to gluten-free sweets such as chocolate gateau, the café also offers excellent lunch items such as spice curry and bibimbap. The menu appears to change regularly, so if you come across these dishes, they are definitely worth trying.
The bibimbap is not the type where toppings are simply placed on white rice; instead, the rice itself is seasoned, creating a fully integrated flavor with the ingredients.
The dish is well-balanced, complex yet harmonious, and very delicious. The spice curry, served with chili spices added, is also carefully prepared and full of flavor.
**I believe I confirmed that the meal options were gluten-free when ordering, but I am not completely certain, so please check with the staff when you order if you have dietary concerns.
