The bread at GEN-TEN+ is made with gluten-free ingredients and is prepared without additives, white sugar, chemical seasonings, artificial flavors, colorings, or agricultural pesticides. After trying it myself, I found it surprisingly delicious and would not have guessed it was gluten-free.

On this visit, I tried the Brown Rice Scone Sandwich with Hokkaido Additive-Free Cheese Sauce and Aged Prosciutto, as well as the Brown Rice Bagel Sandwich.

The scone sandwich was generously filled with carefully selected cheese sauce and aged prosciutto, making it moist and flavorful without the dryness often associated with scones.

The mini bagel sandwich was also filled with plenty of ingredients, almost like a small burger, yet it was surprisingly light. Both sandwiches completely changed my impression of scones and bagels, which I had rarely chosen before.

If you follow a gluten-free diet, it's not always easy to find savory breads. That's one of the reasons I especially recommend this bakery—their selection includes plenty of savory options as well as sweet ones.
