"RICE HACK Gluten-free Bakery" is a takeout-only shop selling gluten-free bread and pizza made with 100% rice flour, and it's tucked away in a quiet residential area about a 5- to 6-minute walk from Meiji-Jingumae (Harajuku) Station.

Even though it's a little tricky to find, it's become popular among visitors from overseas, and you can pick up sandwich bread, baguettes, salt bread, muffins, curry bread, and more—all so soft and fluffy that it's hard to believe they're made entirely from rice flour.

There's a wide variety of pizzas, too, including pepperoni, marinara, genovese, miso shirasu, and Parma-style.
Among them, the Margherita pizza is especially excellent, and the cinnamon rolls and banana muffins are also highly recommended.

**Please note: If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please check with the restaurant in advance, including the possibility of cross-contact.
