Located on Spain-zaka, about a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station, SHOGUN PIZZA SHIBUYA serves wheat-free gluten-free pizza with a soft, crispy texture.

SHOGUN PIZZA SHIBUYA is a one-hand pizza specialty shop produced by SHOGUN BURGER, a popular Japanese burger restaurant known for winning a national burger competition. The gluten-free pizzas have a soft, fluffy texture that may be unexpected for a wheat-free pizza.
There are two gluten-free options: Smoked Margherita and the lighter Salad Pizza.
No reservation is required. Simply let the staff know at the counter that you would like a gluten-free option. The gluten-free dough takes a little longer to bake, so it is best to allow some extra time.
This time, I tried both the Margherita and Salad Pizza. Both are about the size of your palm, making them a good choice if you want to try several different pizzas.
The pizzas were crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy inside, and I really enjoyed them. Since they are relatively small, it would be easy to enjoy more than one.
It is also nice to be able to enjoy a meal together with people who want to eat regular wheat-based pizza, while choosing a gluten-free option for yourself.
**According to the restaurant’s official website, the gluten-free pizzas are prepared and handled separately from the wheat-based pizzas. However, it is not possible to completely eliminate the possibility of cross-contact. If you have an allergy or need to follow a strict dietary restriction, please check with the restaurant in advance and make your own decision based on your individual needs.

**Please note: If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please check with the restaurant in advance, including the possibility of cross-contact.
