Located at the western end of Togoshi Ginza Shopping Street, Just One Curry serves rice flour churros and spice curry made without wheat or artificial additives.
I was lucky enough to visit just as a fresh batch of churros had been fried. They were incredibly light and crispy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy inside—unlike any churros I had tried before.
On this visit, I ordered the katsu curry (spicy) and a mild curry topped with eggplant for takeout. You can choose either a mild or spicy curry. The mild version isn't overly sweet; instead, it has a gentle sweetness balanced with aromatic spices. The spicy curry has a pleasant kick but isn't overwhelmingly hot, making it easy to enjoy.
The curry is full of flavor and absolutely delicious. It's the kind of neighborhood restaurant you wish you had close to home.
**Some toppings contain wheat, so please be sure to check with the shop before ordering.

The interior is incredibly charming, so I couldn't resist taking lots of photos while waiting for my order.
With a friendly and easygoing female owner, this is a welcoming place where solo travelers can comfortably visit on their own.
The prices are very reasonable, and takeout is available, so it's definitely worth a visit.
**Please note: If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please check with the restaurant in advance, including the possibility of cross-contamination.
