Pedra Branca Togoshi Ginza is a cafe where you can enjoy thick, fluffy pancakes made with 100% Niigata rice flour.
With a gentle flavor that makes you want another bite as soon as you taste it, these pancakes are not only gluten-free but also made without baking powder or additives, using only simple ingredients.
n addition to the plain flavor, there are various options including Uji matcha, chocolate, black tea, cherry blossom, black sesame, and pumpkin. Every flavor is delicious. If you are unable to visit because you live far away, you can also order them online.
This time, I decided to get a takeout order because their Setouchi lemon flavor had just been released.
The subtle refreshing lemon flavor paired beautifully with Hokkaido butter, making it the perfect treat for a hot summer day.
No matter how many times I eat them, they are still incredibly delicious...
**Pedra Branca can get very crowded on weekends, so making a reservation in advance or choosing takeout is recommended. You can also purchase their pancakes at Rice Hotcake Workshop, located about a 15-minute walk from Pedra Branca.
