T’s Kitchen is Asia’s first restaurant to receive gluten-free certification from the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG),
an internationally recognized organization dedicated to gluten-free standards.
The menu features a wide variety of options, from Japanese favorites such as gyoza, ramen, karaage (Japanese fried chicken), and takoyaki, to Western dishes like mac and cheese and French fries. Guests can also enjoy gluten-free and vegan-friendly desserts, including pancakes and brownies.
T’s Kitchen has three locations in total: the Roppongi location, an izakaya-style restaurant in Harajuku, and the Ueno Hirokoji location, which has a casual diner-style setting attached to a hotel.
