RICE HACK Gluten-free Bakery is a takeout-only shop offering 100% rice flour-based gluten-free bread, pizza, and more. It is located about a 5–6 minute walk from Meiji-Jingumae (Harajuku) Station in a quiet residential area.Despite being a little difficult to find, the bakery is very popular among international visitors. It offers a wide range of items, including sandwich bread and baguettes, as well as salt bread, muffins, and curry bread. All of the breads are remarkably soft and fluffy, making it hard to believe they are made entirely from rice flour.
Pizzas come in a wide variety of options, including pepperoni, marinara, genovese, miso shirasu, and Parma-style.
Among them, the Margherita pizza is especially excellent, and the cinnamon rolls and banana muffins are also highly recommended.
