“AIN SOPH. Journey SHINJUKU (Shinjuku-sanchome)” is a vegan restaurant and patisserie located right in front of Exit C5 of Shinjuku-sanchome Station. The greenery displayed in front of the shop makes it easy to spot.

It is not a gluten-free specialty restaurant, but you can enjoy exceptional pancakes made with Japanese rice flour (“Mizuho no Chikara”). If you are shopping in Shinjuku, it is definitely worth a visit. You will likely be impressed by how fluffy the pancakes are, even though they are gluten-free.
